In a Feb. 2 story about a settlement in lawsuits stemming from the deadly 2003 nightclub fire in Rhode Island, The Associated Press reported erroneously that dozens of people and companies sued because of the fire. Hundreds of people filed lawsuits against dozens of people and companies. Link

- CTV (Canada)
- CanWest Newspapers (Canada)
  Nine of the 11 major Canadian daily newspapers owned by CanWest do not have online corrections pages. Only the National Post and Montreal Gazette have them.
- Detroit Free Press
  This paper used to have an online corrections page, but it was recently redesigned off the site.
- Fox News
- Global TV (Canada)
- MSNBC News
  NOTE: MSNBC.com does run corrections for its online reporting. NBC Nightly News also publishes its corrections on MSNBC.com.
