A correction on page 2 of Wednesday 's front section erroneously stated that a brief ("Ex-clerk pleads guilty in theft") was published in Monday's Hampton Roads section. It actually appeared in Tuesday's Hampton Roads section. Link Thanks, Scott! Report an error

A headline in Saturday ‘s Hampton Roads section (“Norfolk-based sub heads west toward Gulf”) misstated the heading of the submarine Oklahoma City as it left on deployment. The sub is headed east. Link Report an error

A photo caption that accompanied an Oct. 1 front-page story (“It’s the end of the road for Beach family’s homestead”) said incorrectly that William Harrell of Virginia Beach died in 1959. He died in 2005. It was his father, Cleon W. Harrell, who died in 1959. Also, a map accompanying the story misnamed Virginia Beach [...]
