Lose the word, lose the meaning

TOWNSVILLE police Inspector Cheryl Scanlon was quoted in the Townsville Bulletin yesterday as saying Crimebusters was “like a neighbourhood watch for the poor.” In fact Insp Scanlon said Crimebusters was “like a neighbourhood watch for the time-poor”.
