Most of the references concerned Ms Tan and her employment.
We have since learned the allegations by Mr Chaudhry were baseless.
We apologise to Mr Roche and Ms Tan.

This news item carried a picture of empty rail carts. We accept that the headline was misleading and that the picture was not directly linked to the news item.
We apologise for the error.
