Makes sense

Because of a reporting error, a March 23 City Weekly article about the new Parkwayboston.com website incorrectly attributed a quote saying the site appeared to be designed by an eighth-grader. The comment was made by Tammy Schuetz Cook, from the blog Bostonfoodandwhine. Link

What was funny about this was that that the original article had attributed to a different Tammy at a different boston area food blog. The original comment had a link to the right blog, but instead of finding Tammy through the link they somehow tried to search for a Tammy with a Boston-area food blog and found someone else.

I’m actually the Tammy that DID say the comment… however, it was sort of taken out of context. I wasn’t trashing the new site… I was commenting on how they could improve it… specifically the design. Stupid Globe… I didn’t even blog about it. They took my “quote” from a POST COMMENT on Universal Hub! Funny…
