Houston Rockets basketball star Yao Ming was in fact China’s Olympic
gold-medal winner hurdler Liu Xiang. The photograph was taken at Madame
Tussauds wax museum in Shanghai, not in Beijing.
Nine of the 11 major Canadian daily newspapers owned by CanWest do not have online corrections pages. Only the National Post and Montreal Gazette have them.
This paper used to have an online corrections page, but it was recently redesigned off the site.
