WE accept that an article which appeared in the Evening Herald on Wednesday, October 22, erroneously implied that Stanley Holdings is in financial difficulties and/or has reneged on a contract with Dublin City Council. We are satisfied that the allegation is untrue and inaccurate and it is hereby withdrawn.We unreservedly apologise for this misrepresentation.

Another article, “China fears the power of its society”, incorrectly calculated 2 million yuan as $301. The right amount is $301,000.
