		<description>Sixteen years ago, I worked for a manager very much like John Solomon. I quit after three years and was subsequently diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, a condition I will have to manage for the rest of my life. If Solomon doesn&#039;t make some drastic changes in his management style--and soon--his employees will likely suffer similar health issues. I have nothing to show for those three terrible years but endless nightmares and panic attacks, which have become less frequent with the passage of time but have never completely stopped. PTSD is a permanent psychological injury. Nothing is worth going through this pain. I would not be surprised if one of Solomon&#039;s employees, desperate for relief but feeling trapped by this economy, commits suicide. If I hadn&#039;t quit when I did, I might well have ended my life, too.</description>
