Regret the Error

An article on Tuesday about a speech that disparaged Israel, made by the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, at a United Nations conference on racism in Geneva, quoted incorrectly in some editions from his comment about the creation of Israel. He said, “Following World War II they resorted to military aggressions to make an entire nation homeless under the pretext of Jewish suffering.” He did not say “under the pretext of Nazi suffering.” Link
