In a story Friday it was incorrectly stated that Cyla Nelson, a drug rehabilitation professional in Butte County, had developed a friendship with a client seeking help for prescription drug dependency. Nelson said that would be unethical and is not the case. Her only association with the client was to assess her for entry into a program called California Access to Recovery Effort. Link
