Apology
ON January 18 The Sunday Times published an article relating to the price differentation between uniforms sold from retailers such as Target compared with uniforms sold by individual schools.
The Sunday Times wishes to clarify that the article was not suggesting that Perm-A-Pleat was charging excessive prices for school uniforms. Perm-A-Pleat does not set the price the uniforms sell for in the shops. This is done by the shops themselves.
The Sunday Times acknowledges that Perm-A-Pleat manufactures its dresses locally and their garments are of a higher quality, indivually designed for schools, providing sizing that retailers do not offer in their limited range. Their polo shirts are made from a fabric exclusive to Perm-A-Pleat with a 40+ sun rating.
The Sunday Times regrets any embarrassment or inconvenience that may have been caused to Perm-A-Pleat as a result of the article.
