Had they been aware through better research, would the city council&#039;s plan have become more attractive? At what point does a demand for sensitivity become a) a requirement that others not criticize one&#039;s immoral behavior, and b) permission to act with impunity while labeling one&#039;s critics insensitive troublemakers?</description>
