Tough meeting
A story in Friday’s editions mischaracterized a remark by Carbondale Area School Board Director Diane Harrity during a board meeting. Her comment, “I’m losing my mind,” was not made in frustration with the outcome of a board vote, as the story implied, Ms. Harrity said. It was directed to another board member after Ms. Harrity said she forgot whether she had cast her vote.
