In the article “Injuries the hidden distress of road toll“ (January 10-11), Peter Farrell should have been quoted as saying: “The lifetime care of a disabled person, usually by the family, is an enormous burden. In some ways it is easier [on families] when people don’t make it.” Mr Farrell believes people with spinal cord injuries can still have a meaningful life. Link
