Talk to a reporter and your daughter won’t speak to you again

In an election article published Oct. 30, 2008, Monaca’s Tom Pranskey said he was having a difficult time convincing friends and family, including his daughter, to vote for Sen. Barack Obama because the Democratic presidential candidate is black. The daughter disputes her father’s characterization, saying that she’s voting against Mr. Obama because she always votes Republican. Link
