You and I make &#039;judgements&#039;, whilst the Courts still insist on making &#039;Judgments&#039;. Or that&#039;s how it is in Britain anyway; I guess Canada&#039;s the same.

Hence, outside of the US, CBC&#039;s error was one in their judgement.
