Do not anger the butcher
A story published in last Thursday’s Waikato Times, on the price of pork, wrongly attributed a quote to Wayne Douglas from the Mad Butcher on Kahikatea Dr. Mr Douglas did not say “trim pork is dearer than lamb steaks” and the Waikato Times apologises for the error.
