Regret the Error

CLARIFICATION: Kelly Krug, director of marketing services for the California Department of Food and Agriculture, was quoted in a story March 3 about how a slaughterhouse closure is affecting Inland dairy farmers. Krug said he intended to say that dairy farmers are financially motivated to milk a cow until the cow’s production drops and not until the animal drops.
