Drug arrests: An article on the Oct. 12 Opinion page stated that about 40% of the 80,000 annual drug arrests in the U.S. are related to marijuana. In fact, there are about 1.8 million drug arrests each year — 40% of which are related to marijuana. An Oct. 13 correction inaccurately characterized what the original story said. Link
