According
to an editorial in this column Saturday, four teachers had been awarded
more than $12,000 in bonuses thanks to a merit pay program in Little
Rock. Actually, it turns out four teachers split that 12K. It’s still
not bad money for government work, but we do wish we’d been clearer,
and we’re sorry we weren’t.
