An article on April 22 about the writers
Kingsley and Martin Amis omitted a word in a quotation from Kingsley’s
biographer, Zachary Leader. He referred to Kingsley as “the finest
British comic novelist of the second half of the 20th century,” not the
finest comic novelist. Link
