Mr. Smith gets an apology

Sundaytelegraph
On
August 20, 2006, The Sunday Telegraph published a report that a person
identifying himself as a lawyer named Tony Smith from Queensland had
caused a car salesman to be sacked from his employment after aggressive
language was used in an Internet chat room.
The
Sunday Telegraph wishes to make it clear that the person identifying
himself as a lawyer named Tony Smith from Queensland was not the
Brisbane barrister Tony Smith (Mr Smith).
The
Sunday Telegraph unreservedly withdraws any suggestion that Mr Smith
the barrister was in any way involved in the events reported in the
story and sincerely apologises to Mr Smith and his family for the
publication.
