“Hurling pot plants”
Further to
our report of 7 December 2006, "Jailed war veteran, 82, who hit PC in
neighbour dispute", we have been asked to make it clear that no part of
the garage or fence erected by Mr A Berry was constructed on his
neighbours’ property and contrary to our report, the claims of hurling
pot plants related to Mr Berry’s neighbours and not him or his wife.
