Third time’s the charm
Because of an editing error, an article
last Monday about Jacqueline Melendez Rivera, a New York City police
officer accused of covering up for her husband after the shooting of
another officer in Brooklyn, misidentified her neighborhood at one
point. She lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn, not Prospect Heights. The
error was repeated in a correction in this space on Thursday, and
appeared in a correction in some copies on Feb. 14. Link
