THE MERGER of Banca Intesa SpA and Sanpaolo IMI SpA will create
a bank with around €400 billion of assets. In some editions yesterday,
the Tracking the Numbers column incorrectly stated the amount as €400
million.

HUGOTON ROYALTY TRUST declared a monthly cash distribution of
4.5325 cents per unit. Yesterday’s Corporate Dividend News table
incorrectly said the distribution was 45.325 cents per unit. Link
