It’s not our brothel
From the Gold Coast Sun of Australia:
ON
Wednesday, November 1, 2006, the Gold Coast Sun published a story
stating that the owners of a brothel proposed for premises at 4/7
Millennium Circuit, Helensvale, were Tommy Richard Junek and Nesha
Lallu.
The Sun accepts that the article
was incorrect insofar as Mr Junek and Ms Lallu are owners of the
freehold of the premises and they assure us they are not the owners of
the brothel business which has applied to operate there.
The article also stated that the reporter had tried to contact the owners by telephone.
The
journalist attended the site and left messages with the consultants who
lodged documents with council on behalf of the brothel applicants.
We accept that Mr Junek and Ms Lallu were not able to be contacted at any time by the Sun reporter through no fault of theirs.
The Sun apologises for any distress and inconvenience publication of the article may have caused to Mr Junek and Ms Lallu.
