I'm an old friend of Scott's living in the UK at the moment but from New Zealand. I know Scott to be nothing but honest and these things that were written about him destroyed many years of living for him and he is still having to live with these lies that people have spread through such publications. I have always been proud to be a New Zealander but I am ashamed that someone could do such a thing to such a person and come from my home country.

We have nothing if we lose our name and the papers have tried to take that away from my friend. Look to yourselves first before you cause harm to people who have done nothing but be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
