Monkey business
Ohio State University shipped nine chimpanzees to a Texas primate
refuge on Feb. 27. Two chimpanzees died after the move, including
Kermit and Bobby, who died on April 21. And on June 22, a Texas judge
appointed a trustee to oversee the chimps¹ care. Because of errors by
an editor and a reporter, the date of the move, the name of one of the
chimps and the date of the appointment were incorrect in a story and
timeline on Page B1 of yesterday¹s Metro & State section. Link
