Guilt by suspicion
An
article June 21 on whether fentanyl-laced heroin is sweeping the
Midwest indicated that Washington County Medical Examiner Kelly
McAndrews stated that the death of 28-year-old Jackson resident April
Krueger was most likely from a heroin overdose. McAndrews actually
stated that Krueger’s death might have resulted from a heroin overdose.
The article also noted that toxicology tests were pending. Since then,
the toxicology tests have come back negative for both heroin and
fentanyl. Link
