Regret the Error

On January 27, Full Disclosure published an item that wrongly stated
the Australian Securities and Investments Commission was pursuing Visy
Industries’ chairman Richard Pratt over anti-competitive behaviour.
It is the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission that has taken
action in the Federal Court against the company, Mr Pratt and several
other Visy staff.
