Following this Reuters correction from last week comes this one from the Times:

Because of an editing error, an article by Reuters on Friday about
Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld’s denial of a report in The Daily
News that he planned to retire misattributed reports about possible
successors. The reports were in the Daily News article, not in The New
York Post. Link
