story about scientists who want to build the world largest optical
telescope misnamed David Halliday, vice-president of B.C. engineering
firm AMEC. Halliday said that the telescope site must be meaningful
from an "astronomical" point of view, not from an "astrological" point
of view. The Star regrets the errors.
